Search Engine Optimization
With blogging becoming more and more popular, and easily accessible to many people, hundreds (at the very minimum) of new websites go online everyday. With over 2 billion websites online today, how do you set yourself above the rest, and get your site seen by the millions of viewers searching every hour? The answer is easy, however the solution is not. The answer: Search Engine Optimization (also known as SEO for short). The solution: performing search engine optimization through honest, non-abusive strategies (also known as white-cape SEO).
What is Search Engine Optimization?
Search Engine Optimization is the optimization of your website for certain keywords, so that search engines know what your site is about. Search engines only make money if people keep using them. People only keep using search engines if they produce quality results the users are happy with. Search engines can only produce quality results if they know what websites are about. Search Engine Optimization is your way to tell the search engines what your site is about. See why SEO is important? Now let’s get you ranked higher on those search engines!
SEO Services
In the world of Search Engine Optimization, there are many “tasks” you can do to optimize your site. There are things you can do on your website, and off of your website to help your search engine result page (SERP) rankings. Here is a short list of some of the SEO services I provide:
- SEO Site Audit – Essentially gives you an “SEO Score” of your site and recommendations of how to improve your website’s SEO.
- On-Site SEO – Actual changes made to your site to improve your website’s SEO value. Most of the work is behind the scenes, but some will be visible to viewers.
- Off-Site SEO – Increasing your online presence across the World Wide Web. This will get you more exposure, and change the way users and search engines view your site.
- SEO Consulting – Want to learn more about SEO for yourself? Or even learn to do it yourself? SEO consulting will give you that opportunity at a lower cost than alternative options.
- Google Maps Optimization – With local search becoming more and more popular, make sure you are showing up when potential clients search for your services. I have seen especially great results with my clients on maps optimization.
My SEO Experience
So I know a little bit about Search Engine Optimization, but how does that mean I know what I’m doing? Let me tell you a small part of my past, and how I’m qualified. Growing up I found a unique interest in the Internet early on. I took a class in high school about web design, and quickly learned HTML. Once I knew how to turn text into an amazing display of words, colors, and graphics, I fell in love. I continued teaching myself graphic design, coding, and everything website related, and then in my quest to dominate the Internet I heard about this thing they call “SEO” and had to learn about it.
I began studying Search Engine Optimization and fell in love with it too. This course in life lead me to apply for an SEO position at one of the top Internet marketing firms in the United States, and there I landed my first official SEO position. Over the course of my employment I have learned the many aspects of SEO and received great experience working on clients sites daily. I know I am qualified to do SEO work for others, because I have done it for hundreds of clients, including myself, and have seen great results.
